Ingredients

Whiskey 60 ml

Apricot Juice 1 tbsp

Passion Fruit Syrup 10 ml

Orange Juice 60 ml

Lime Juice 22 ml

Clarified Cocktail using milk 25 ml


Method

  1. Begin by preparing the Clarified Concoction using milk. Mix it with the Apricot Jam, Orange juice, and passion fruit syrup until it achieves a clear, transparent appearance.

  2. In a shaker, combine the Clarified Concoction, Lime juice, and Whiskey.

  3. Shake the mixture vigorously to blend the flavours thoroughly. The aroma of Whiskey and apricot should be pleasantly evident after shaking.

  4. Strain the concoction into a chilled rock glass.

  5. Garnish the drink with a slice of apricot for added visual appeal.

Ingredients: 

90 ml shot of cold brew concentrate

60 ml shot of bourbon

30 ml shot of chocolate liqueur

Fresh mint leaves

Crushed ice



Method:

  1. Muddle a few mint leaves in the bottom of a glass.

  3. Pour in the cold brew concentrate, bourbon, and chocolate liqueur.

2 Dash of Angostura bitters

Method:

  2. In a mixing glass, combine espresso, whiskey, spiced syrup, and Angostura bitters.

Whiskey 60 ml

Basil Leaves 4 leaf

Pineapple Juice 60 ml

Simple Syrup 15 ml

Lime Juice 22 ml


Method:

  1. In a shaker, gently muddle Basil leaves and chunks of lime.

  2. Add lime juice and Simple Syrup to the shaker.

  3. Pour in the Whiskey and pineapple juice.

  4. Shake the mixture vigorously.

  5. Double strain the cocktail into a chilled rock glass.

  6. Garnish with a fresh Basil leaf for an aromatic touch.



Whiskey Sour



Chivas XV

Ingredients

45 ml Chivas XV

20 ml Sugar Syrup

25 ml Lemon Juice

1 Egg White

Ice

 

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients into a shaker and dry shake (without ice) to combine.

  2. Add ice to the shaker and shake again.

  3. Remove the ice for a final shake.

  4. Strain the cocktail into a chilled glass and serve immediately.


Kesar Pista Whisky Flip



The Glenwalk Scotch




Ingredients:

60 ml - The Glenwalk Scotch

15 ml - Pistachio syrup

15 ml - Egg white

10 ml - Saffron infused Honey water


Method:

  1. In a shaker, combine The Glenwalk Scotch, pistachio syrup, saffron-infused honey water, and egg white.

  2. Dry shake vigorously to emulsify the egg.

  3. Add ice into the shaker and shake until well chilled.

  4. Strain the cocktail into a coupe glass.

  5. Garnish with crushed pistachios for an added crunch.


Orange Mingle




Ingredients

Glenmorangie Original 60 ml

Orange juice 30 ml

Orange Marmalade 2 Tsp

Lime juice 10 ml

Orange Bitters 2

Dash Sugar syrup 5 ml

 

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients into a shaker and dry shake (without ice) to combine.

  2. Add ice to the shaker and shake again.

  3. Remove ice for a final shake.

  4. Strain the cocktail into a chilled glass and serve.

  5. Garnish with orange oil and edible flowers for a visually appealing presentation.
